I bought this player for my 12 year old son, he loves it! He takes it everywhere and its small size makes that so much easier, he can upload music so much easier. He has got a lot of compliments on it:)

A lot of people complaining about the head phones... Change them. Excellent sound quality and easy to use. No need to install any software, you just drag the files to the USB. That is it. Browsing the music folders is pretty self explanatory if you can...
