Excellent media (audio/video)

I didn't need a mobile device for internet, games, or anything like that. I wanted the media player for good video quality, and amazing sound quality. My mobile phone handles everything else, and its on 4g. If you are interested in a great display,...

Windows operating system, but so far no troubles.....just not a big windows fan for mobile devices ; Resistive display is okay, there are much better touch screens out there, however, it isn't horrible

Excellent all around feature laden player

Donald Bell here is trying to take a chunk out of this player, but all around I found it very nice and beautiful in fact. I would recommend this player to all buyers.

1. Codec support rocks ; 2. Beautiful UI ; 3. Amazing Design with compatibility, weight, and size kept in mind

Disgusting customer service.

Do not buy any Cowon product.

I couldn't find one

My player broke just after the warranty. Cowon charged me $55 to replace an internal electronic part. A little while later the same part broke again. Cowon told me they discontinued that part because it was faulty. My unit is now worthless

I think the protective case should be shipped with the player. I had it for 3 days and then the screen cracked when I had it in my backpocket and sat down and I'm a normal guy, not fat. It should not crack that way, period. Didn't even bother to have...
