Good Electronics, bad case

 

I bought this from their website, the purchase went well. I got the unit shortly thereafter and was happy at first. It was just a bit bigger than a 40 GIG Ipod and lighter. I knew that the music management software and the user interface was so-so ...

Great electronics, Ok interface, good sound, light and small.

Crappy case, no firmware updates planned.
