This player would sync songs but would not keep them stored when I went back to listen to songs stored they were not there anymore they had been deleted from play list

IT WASNT WHAT I EXPECTED,YOU NEED TO USE SOME SORT OF PLASTIC PEN .NOT ONLY I FELT IT WAS OUTDATED BUT THE PICS IT TOOK WERE REALLY BAD .SORRY FINGERHUT THIS ITEM IS REALLY BAD .

Not good quality

 

I bought two of these for my boys for Christmas..good thing I opened them before hand. The quality is poor; poor sounding headphones, cheap screen quality and the stylus doesn't work well. I had one that wouldn't charge and the other wouldn't play...
