Half right

 

Received a pair to install as a matched set.Same part number, same packaging, different chip set count. Computer would only accept one and not the other when both were installed resulting in reducing desired upgrade in memory size.

The new memory card was larger than the old ones. Had to file the cornors down a little to get by the plastic holder. It worked.
