Edirol R-09HR

By (cnet.com)

The Edirol R-09HR audio recorder is built with a top-notch stereo microphone, a wide range of recording resolutions, SDHC memory support, a remote control, and an intuitive user interface.

The Edirol R-09HR is slightly larger than its predecessor, difficult to use in the dark, and lacks a tripod mount.

If you want a high-quality audio recorder that fits in your pocket, the Edirol R-09HR can't be beat.

To keep pace, Edirol has come back swinging with the impressive R-09HR ($450)...

"Small and easy to use recorder makes superb recordings"

By snaimpally (cnet.com)

- Compact - not much bigger than an ipod/Treo...

- Very easy and intuitive user interface makes navigation a snap.

- Slightly bulkier than the R09. I wish they could have slimmed it down a little rather than bulking it up compared to the R09.

great machine!

easy to operate, very good sound, directions are easy to understand.

plastic case of the machine is a little bit flimsy-don't drop the recorder,it does not look very strong.you'll have to buy a larger memory card to do any serious recording.
