Patience, patience and more patience is needed but once you've figured it out it's a good little player. Newegg customer support is excellent as expected. Not my first purchase here but won't be my last.

Good fit and finish. Switches feel solid although functions sometimes slow ; Video playback better than expected for the price. Audio, through a good set of headphones, is very good
