Awful, battery sucking waste of money

 

This thing DRAINS the batteries down within 2 hours, and I mean that it runs even the most expensive and trustworthy batteries out in that time. That alone makes this product not worth it. I was fortunate enough that I did not have trouble downloading...

Was hard to load song on it and then when you used the button it kept wanting to skip to the next item. We have other mp3 player and our very easy to use. My 10 year old tried helping and she had a hard time to.

Music must be MP3 format. If it's not MP3 format the player will not play the file/track. I used Daniusoft audio converter to change file/track to the MP3 foramt and it was easy to do. There a better players out there with easier controls, that cost...

I'm not sure is the product is good or useful--- I'm not able to download music properly due to the fact that the much needed CD was not included in the package.

this piece of [*] wouldn't download music. we thought this was a good gift for a 5 year old that loves hello kitty but its not. we are taking it back and getting an ipod suffle. complet wast of time and money.

Bought the Hello Kitty mp3 player for my 8 year old granddaughter's birthday and we can not download any music to the mp3 player. What a disapointing birthday. I would not recommend this product.It was also a waste of money because I can not take it...

this is a poor product it doesn't even work unless its plugged into the computer as soon as you unplug it, it stops working and I am unable to return it because they won't accept it! it will not turn on by itself! don't buy this bad product my daughter...

Complete garbage

 

Had to download a file converter from the internet just to get it to take an itunes file. Then it played the song with some weird voice-over (saying "EBT data")every 10 seconds. It ONLY takes mp3 files. What a piece of junk! Don't buy this!
