Absolutly what I needed.

The arm band worked well for running - lightweight, and you can control the ipod easily, yet it stays protected from sweat. I was surprised at how small the arm band was. It works for me, as long as I don't lift too many weights!

The arm band seems ok but the velcro is very weak. Prone to come off often.
