Performance

iRiver T10

Durable, sporty design; small but bright color screen; FM tuner, voice recorder, OGG, WMA DRM 10 (Janus), and basic picture support; awesome battery life; excellent sound quality and overall performance.

No line-in recording; bulky, awkward design; pricey; USB cover doesn't stay closed.

The hunky, feature-filled iRiver T10 can play subscription-based music, but it might take time to acclimate to the awkward design and control buttons.

iRiver T10

The iriver T10, the latest flash player from iriver, is clearly geared towards workout enthusiasts, as evidenced by its rugged looks and included accessories. It runs on a single double-A battery (which, the company claims, delivers up to 45 hours of...

Good sound quality. Excellent battery life. Works with subscription and download services. Broad file format support. Useful Study mode

Expensive. Doesn't support playlists

This odd-looking player sounds good, but is more expensive than it should be, and the color screen is just too small for photos.

iRiver T10 review

It's quirky, it's yellow and it's not that good

Difficult to find anything

Out of date ; Poor screen and navigation

There are far better ways to spend £70 than on this player

iRiver T10

It's never a good start when you have to upgrade a piece of hardware's firmware as soon as you take it out of the box, but unfortunately, that's exactly the position we found ourselves in when we unwrapped the chunky T10.

Out of date, Poor screen and navigation

MobiBlu T10 review: MobiBlu T10

MobiBlu T10

The MobiBlu T10 MP3 player offers music and video playback, along with an FM radio, photo viewer, notepad, text reader, voice recorder, video games, miniSD memory expansion, and a built-in speaker.

The MobiBlu T10 is plagued with problems, such as videos that play out of sync with audio; poor voice-recording quality; an abysmal user interface; and games that are awkward to play.

The MobiBlu T10 is the worst touch-screen MP3 player we've seen.

iRiver T10 (1GB)

The hunky, feature-filled iRiver T10 might take time to acclimate to the awkward design and control buttons.

Durable, sporty design ; Small but bright colour screen ; FM tuner ; Voice recorder ; OGG, WMA DRM and basic picture support ; Awesome battery life ; Excellent sound quality and overall performance

No line-in recording ; Bulky, awkward design ; Pricey ; USB cover doesn't stay closed

Since we prefer not to buy batteries, it's nice to know that the T10 surpassed the company's claims of 45 hours per AA battery. CNET Labs got 47.8 hours, which is definitely impressive. Transfer rates over USB 2.0 came in at an average 1.9MB per...

Consumer review (newegg.com)

Um... this is a great device!

Battery lasts forever - two 13 hour cross country road trips on one battery, with more than half left! Sound quality - using appropriate headphones/speakers, my MP3 and OGG files come through crystal clear.

Screen is great for intended use but does wash out in bright light/daylight.

firmware updates fail

IRiver's current internet-based firmware updater application flat-out doesn't work and they do not offer a way to download firmware image files.

Bad Product, Worse Tech Support

Nice visual display, good quality USB cable, nice download/sync options.

Product shuts off randomly.
