Poor Interface

I purchased the Snapbox X40 for my wife, the user interface is poorly designed and we could never load the songs with the supplied software and used Winamp instead. After many calls to the company the fix was to buy an Ipod.

I bought this player looking for something small & portable to supplement my existing 30GB MP3 player. It was the least expensive 4GB player that I could find, and so I bought it thinking, "It can't be that bad." Unfortunately, it is that bad. ...
