Kept turning itself off every 12 mins...had to return to vendor..

I had seen this product reviewed on youtube and it is exactly as described. It works well and has a good sound. The only thing I wonder about is that I paid $72.00 for it and the same speaker in black was advertised by Walmart on my pick up documents...
