must recharge first time for 8 hours or it will turn off for few days.

Nice design, small and neat. Easy to found songs stored, good sound.

Have had to reset the product a few times when failed to switch on.

Nice design, nice screen ... 2Gb gives plenty of storage for the price

The software ... either it's got bugs or it's the most counter-intuitive, unfriendly interface ever (IMHO!). I printed out the PDF manual which actually is quite clear ... but you try & follow it & it just doesn't respond as respected. eg: to select...
