I bought this to have a cheap mp3 player to use while exercising and doing yard work, so I wasn't expecting hi-fidelity audio. The problem is that the sound level even with the volume turned up to the maximum level 31 and an audio file that runs close...

The MP3 player comes with too much preloaded content that is of no interest except a very few users. The volume maxes out at 31, which is way too low and makes me wonder why it stops there. The headphones are of poor quality and left earbud failed...

The MP3 player does not work with iTunes which isn't the worst thing in the world but it sure could be easier to load up with music. The most annoying thing about the player is that it will delay when switching from one song to another. Sometimes that...

Its not worth the money. Returned it the 2nd day I bought it. The tech support never answers and when you leave a message they don't call you back. I emailed and still no response. Cheaply made product. Spend the extra money for different brand.
