Nice Unit

I use this in the gym fits in my pocket very light. The price is awesome!

Basic mp3 player, just drag and drop your files and you are good to go. 1 battery lasts for a while I like that I do not have to deal with recharging

No cons for an inexpensive mp3 this is not an Ipod you get what you pay for...if you want to drag drop your old mp3 into a portable unit this is for you

It worked after I put on my glasses

Overall good bang to buck ratio and I want to buy more of these as presents for relatives, especially if shipping can be combined. At this price I am seriously considering selling audiobooks already recorded on the players--in addition to downloads,...

Cheap, arrived fast and works on rechargeable AAA batteries, lightweight, good volume, simple control once I learnt to push the menu button. Works with the Philips wraparound headsets I prefer. Happy camper here, using it to edit an audio book

Hard-to-open package, would not play till I read the microscopic print and tried the menu button which activated the folder containing the mp3s. No attached plug, so you have to use a cable, and the string that lets you secure it comes attached to the...

Its a 2 gb MP3 player

Bought this for my wife because we lost our old Sony 2gb walkman, and needed a cheap replacement. My wife is very low tech and the Sony was a little complicated for her and she didnt use all the extra features Sony included. With this mp3 player all...

For starters this is a very cheap unit. Uses 1 AAA battery, which is nice, instead of always having to constantly recharge. Navigation of songs and CDs is fairly uncomplicated. Backlight works great and easy to read display. Worked right of the box

Took nearly 4 hours to download 2 GB of data. Manual says USB 2.0 but I have had faster downloads over a 56k modem ; this is listed in error. The buttons sometimes stick and causes you to occasionally over shoot the track or folder your looking for....

Great for the Price

This is a good player for $20.00. It's essentially a 2GB Flash drive with a built-in mp3 player. My XP and Win 7 systems recognized it immediately as a removable flash drive (usb 2.0 HS). Just drag and drop folders and files. File transfers are slow,...

Cheap ; Plug-n-Play- No drivers or other software needed to transfer files. (Win 98 requires USB Driver.) ; Decent sound quality ; You can browse the folders directly on the player

Can't browse folders while music is playing- have to pause first ; Folders and Files are listed in the order they were transferred ; No way to sort music by artist, album, genre, etc ; Random play mode only uses current folder ; Slow transfer speeds....

Garbage - stay away

Read the 'standard return policy' before you buy.

None - there is nothing good about ths piece of junk ; It doesn't rate even the one egg I gave it - but you have to give it something to submit a review - this is pure Chinese junk

First off, a brand new unit did not work. The buttons used to navigate the menus did not navigate diddly - no way to even play your music. 2nd - the menu is so small and unreadable, you need a magnifying glass to make out what you're looking at. Next -...

Excellent, especially for the price

These can be seen as either pros or cons: The screen is biased, but that way you can increase/decrease the brightness without having to go into settings, just angle it slightly to the left or right. You can skip forward/backwards in a song/video and...

The controls are easy to learn and are a lot faster than most other controls I've used. You don't even need to see the player to turn the volume up/down, go to the next/previous song, play/pause. Turning it on and off is very simple, just switch the...

The explorer does not alphabetize the folders (different from the medialib). The screen attracts fingerprints. I got a screen overlay to help with that. Some computers (so far it's only with Vista) the battery charge animation does not display, so I...

NOT SO GREAT

Good concept, poor execution. good for the money though, i just don't think its worth the risk again, so im not going off brand anymore! San disk here i come!

Nice screen, light weight, built in speaker, 8 gigs, (plus expandable memory) ; good concept, but needs alot of work still

Speakers were blown out when i received them, the volume + button didn't work, the user interface is obscenely over complicated, the micro sd card feature needs alot of work and ; The over all feeling of it seems...flimsy

Great value

The Menu button has two functions depending on how long you hold it. The Directions say press briefly to select or play, press and hold to go up the menu tree. On the press-and-hold the menu-up does not occur until you release the button. So really it...

PROS: Good sound, FM reception, at $55 is cheap for 8 gigs and what it can do. Good color and sharpness on video and photos

CONS: Cumbersome menu structure, tiny type, painful buttons, video converter is hard to use and limited in types it can handle
