Nice kit. Great motivation tool.

Great piece of kit from nike/apple. Consists of a transmitter/sensor pod which goes in your nike+ shoe (or any other through an available adaptor which attaches to shoe's laces) and a receiver which plugs into your ipod nano (all versions compatible).

Did you calibrate it?

pmlefc did you calibrate it like it says in the instructions? Apparently it's 90% accurate out of the box, improving to 97-98% once its calibrated by doing a 400m run and 400m walk. Am just ordering mine, so I'll give feedback once I see how I get on.

Does not work with iPhone!

I thought I'd read somewhere that this does work with all iPods including the iPhone. It does not. Caveat emptor.

A cheaper way

I didnt want to shell out for the expensive Nike shoes so I got a runaway adaptor which allows you to attached the sensor to any trainers.

Meekyno9: You said that you use this product for the ipod touch. Is yours a 1g or 2g?
