Same story here. I also had NWZ-S639F but bought A866 because of more space and better interface.. I was really disappointed with the sound quality.

Easy to set up and use , better than a apple !! Screen quality is very good and sound is brilliant.All very good !

I got this Walkman a week ago to replace my NWZ-A845. I still have to play with all equalizer options but as the other reviewers said the sound quality is very good.
