Philips GoGear Spark review

The Philips GoGear Spark is great for a budget MP3 player, offering an attractive balance of features, style and usability. It's also one of the first MP3 players in its price range to sport a colour display, and sound quality isn't bad either

Impressive colour screen ; Many features packed into a tiny package

Light on format support ; Voice recordings are noisy ; Meagre storage capacity

Battery life is much better than the iPod shuffle's as well, offering a lifespan of 27 hours, compared with the shuffle's 12 hours
