I had been dropping hints for ages that I would like one of these for my birthday and was delighted when I did get one - unfortunately I have yet to get one that works (after 3 attempts I am starting to lose hope of ever getting one).

After getting a "dud" unit I contacted Philips support and found that they could be reset this was by plugging in power and usb connections and holding in the reset button (press unitl you feel it click) for about ten seconds. It fired up straight away...

Found the FM reception was much better with headphones acting as the aerial. Wish the light would turn off at night though, when charging, additionally , wich you could turn on the light at night when not charging so you can actually read the time on...
