So far it is very user friendly and seems to be fairly reliable. Has standard USB jack for charging and loading files and software that converts videos to run on it. A nice litte player that is better than many others like Sansa players.

This was great for ease of use and the price, but the headphone port is broken after only 3 months of pretty infrequent use.

small and light. easy to use. you miss the music directly from the Windows file explorer. fast loading. good price. save battery when you pause for a few minutes switching off automatically. turn it on again to continue with what was playing.

After a few days of using this product it started to malfunction. There were problems turning it on, after a couple tries and using the reset button it started to work. Hope I'm able to get some use from it.
