The shredder would not turn on therefore, I can not offer any positive feeback.

I love the small size, but it also means the paper feeder is small. You can't shred a whole piece of paper, you have to fold it in 1/2 . . . which is fine, because it can shred it. The built in envelope opener is nice, just be careful - keep it cleaned...
