SanDisk Digital Audio Player From its uninspired name to its been-there, played-that feature set, the SanDisk Digital Audio Player brings little innovation to the flash-player table. That said, it's not without charms, including a roomy LCD, good...

Attractive design; large, easy-to-read LCD; solid battery life; armband carrying case; autoscans for FM presets; fast file transfers.

So-so audio quality; unintuitive controls; no FM recording; poor voice recording; mediocre manual.

Spiffy looks and good battery life can't compensate for this player's mediocre sound and typical feature set.

This is a winner

I added this comment because I love this player. I came back to buy another one for my wife.I listen to the radio on it from time to time, and lots of music and audiobooks. It supports the protected WMA files and I use those alot. Buy one you'll love it.

I have trained and ran several marathons and shorter races with this little jem playing the whole way. The arm band works great and makes the player easily used and seen. I get the thing so sweaty and stinky from use that I am constantly washing it but...

Acts funny when changing files if battery is low. No big deal. Change battery and works perfect again

Not for the technically challenged

This player is the best value one can find for a 1 GB device. Sandisk is a name that I have confidence in. I noticed that some people did not receive the accessories; however, mine came with all of them. Maybe the folks at Newegg actually read these...

There are certainly more pros than cons with this little gem ; It has excellent sound ; Outstanding value ; Small and light ; and ; Although "recertified" -- the player looks brand new. My guess is that it was returned because someone had difficulty...

Somewhat confusing controls until one becomes familiar with the player ; Backlight is really cool looking but not necessary during the daytime. Using the backlight makes the battery drain much faster. Rechargeable batteries were one solution to power...

YA CAN"T BEAT IT!!!!

I had to send the first one back because it only played on one channel, unless you pushed the plug to the side. No one is perfect but when I got the replacement it was as good if not better than my expectations. I bought a total of 4 of the 256 MB...

For the price, it works!!! It works GREAT! (after I sent the first one back for being DOA)

Best Bargain MP3 Player
