SanDisk Sansa M260 MP3 Player

SanDisk's Sansa m260 flash player shares the same 4GB storage capacity as Apple's high-end iPod Nano. And that's where any similarity between the two players ends. The m260, which costs $199 (as of 4/13/06), may offer more bang for the buck than the...

Reasonable price for memory and features

Not easy to use

The Sansa m260 is a decent little MP3 player, and for active music lovers who want 4GB of storage at a reasonable price, it's worth a look. However, if you want an easy-to-use device that puts equal weight on form and function, you should keep shopping

SanDisk Sansa m200 review

SanDisk's Sansa m200 series SanDisk MP3 players hit the scene in a big way with the 2004 launch of the Digital Audio Player and later the Sansa e100 series . With a motto that could be "Lots of features for less!" the memory giant's flash-based MP3...

Available in up to 4GB capacity; solid value; includes FM tuner and voice recorder; compatible with WMA DRM 10 (Janus) and Audible files; decent controllers; on-the-go playlists.

Bulky (but lightweight); no line-in recording; poorly backlit display; only one quality option for voice recording.

With its many features as well as its compatibility with audiobooks and subscription-based music, the SanDisk Sansa m200 series is an overall great value.

Not easy to use

Good sound, decent storage capacity. Doesn't have a ridiculous rechargeable battery, which makes mp3 players practically useless on trips or long tours where you don't have access to a computer

It comes with Windows Media Player 11 as a snyc device. Can't just play your folders. No. You have to play albums or genres or whatever. Can't just copy and paste into it and play a folder. It's a pain to do things this way. By trying to make this...

Colored screens and cool graphics don't make the songs sound better. You want a no-nonsense, easy to use, fast and reliable MP3 Player, then this is it. And the AAA battery is nice. When it dies, no recharging, just pop another in and you're good to go.

This thing is absolutely amazing. Small, ligthweight, easy as hell to use. The buttons are big enough and easy enough to press that you can leave it in your pocket and still play, pause, skip, w/e you wanna do. NICE looking blue backlight, and screen...

SanDisk Sansa m200 Silver/Black 4GB MP3 Player Sansa m260

Overall a 4.5.

Easy to use with its intuitive menu system. Very small and lightwight. Around 18-20 hours battery life

Mine always manages to lose 4 of the ID3 tags, but that doesn't really matter since I leave it on shuffle. Must turn drive on to do file transfer, so pack extra batteries

Fast transfer, Easy Interface, No nonsence type player. Enough said. If all you are looking for is a small MP3 player that does the job this is the one for you. Who needs a color screen, it sure would not make the music sound better

Included earphones are not very good with bass. I have had very good luck with Sony's small earbud type earphones. Bass is much better with the Sony type than the ones included

Happy Customer

This is our first DVD drive of any kind, burner or otherwise. We purchased it so we could play TES IV: Oblivion. Thus far, we're pleased with it. The only reason this received four eggs instead of five is that I haven't owned it long enough to know if...

Excellent product, far smaller than I thought it would be, it is ; about 1/3rd the size of a pack of ciggarettes. The sound quality was far better than I expected. The packaging was very neat and it came a day ahead of schedule

None. Excellent product. Highly reccomend
