Sony silver Clock radio

Nice bit of kit despite it being old technology. I actually like the 'retro' look. No problems with it - good sound considering it's not digital. Easy to operate (even for a technophobe like me).

Too bright, no alarm light and speaker always on!

Yep, this is way too bright. We have to put something over it so that we can sleep, which kind of defeats the purpose. Also, there is no indicator LED on the front to show that the alarm is actually set, so you have to turn the light on to check if...
