Sony Walkman NWZ-W252

As you know, Apple's iPod has always been known for its style coupled with really good added features, Sony has shown that they definitely can come up with mp3 players that have a touch of class too. While Sony's mp3 players don't really sell as much...

Sony Walkman W250 (NWZ-W252) Review

Dealing with headphone cables can sometimes be a pain, especially when you are using it while active. One solution many have tried is by going wireless Bluetooth but sound quality was always hurt. You also still had to deal with a player and a set of...

What I like the most about the W250 is the form factor. It was rather liberating not having to struggle with a long headphone cord connected to a player. It was nice to be able to grab once piece of the audio puzzle and head out the door. Sony did a...

Sony NWZ-W252 W Series Walkman MP3 Player Review

In the 80s and 90s Sony dominated the portable media player market.  Then Apple came along and released the iPod.  Ever since Sony has been scrapping to keep pace and finally, after many years of denial, started building iPod compatible stereos, docks...

Super easy to use, even with a Mac & iTunes ; Solid sound quality ; Decent battery life

I have used the Walkman W series for about two weeks now and can easily see it becoming a regular part of my running gear. I also would not hesitate to recommend this style of MP3 player, or more specifically the W series WZ-W252 Walkman.

Good Idea, Bad Execution

When it works, it works well. Just load your music and put it on and exercise. It's a little bulky and could/should be slimmed down. Also, it died in less than a year. Can't seem to keep a charge.

Design, Easy to Use

I Love This Thing

Yes, I work for Sony, but I still have to say that I love this Walkman. I always struggled with being tethered to my computer to listen to music. Plenty of space for my music. Runs all day on one charge. I've owned many others, but this one is my...

Greatest MP3 Player I've had to date!

I used this for a long time while pushing carts. The battery would last me AT LEAST 2 days of work before I would recharge it. My only complaint is the capacity, I would love to see a new one with 4 or even 6 GB memory. But still, all-in-all a great buy.

Very Water Resistant, Very good battery-life

Small memory
