Believe it or not it is becoming difficult to find headphones(without wires) that still offer AM Stations so if you want one better get one soon (most MP3 players now offer FM but no AM). I have used these headphones for five years with no issues...

Analog is a disappointment. I was unaware that it was analog. Right now, I own the same headphone(walkman) in digital and it makes a big difference in terms of being easy to switch back and forth from am to fm.
