i bought this mp3 player in february, in less than 2 weeks it stops working becuase it was accidentantly dropped bad bad bad and it cant even multi function and the customer service sucks says its not their fault and they refuse to help!!

This thing is awful-it's going into the trash after I bash it with a hammer. Waste of money!!!

A friend of mine got this for Christmas and asked if I could put music on it for him. The player is all plastic and feels like something that would come with a child's happy meal. The screen resolution is awful. You can not put songs into catagories...

My daughters got one of these for Christmas. We were disappointed. I uploaded the software and still could not put songs on the player. The camera works, but the picture quality is poor. In my opinion, don't waste your money. Go with a Zune!

I was very excited to get this mp3 player last Christmas, didn't last long! It's hard to use the menu and you have to go through each song in order to change albums! I strongly suggest you look at other options for your musical playing choices!
