The sound is exceptional, but there is no shuffle feature like all other mp3's I have had, and the battery doesn't last more than an hour to an hour and a half with a full charge.

It's amazing how fast kids lose these things - it really pays not to spend too much! No complaints, it works fine and since the kids lost it in under 3 months, I am happy I didn't spend more!

I bought two for my daughters, one is blue and the other is purple. The blue one is ok, but the purple one has Trojans programs detected by windows defender under Windows 8. Defender found the programs and quarantined. I immediately deleted these...

I like the lightweight design. The battery life is not very long, but this is perfect for exercising or working in the yard for 2-3 hours. The instructions weren't very thorough, but it is easy to figure out.

This item does not hold up and only has 30 day warrenty. Does have a lot of great options just too bad that they don't work.

This had an electrical problem on the first day. It will not play any of the downloaded songs. I know you get what you pay for, but I had hoped it would last a little while longer that that. I will not buy another one of these.

Did not buy this through Amazon, alas, but have this very same player. I see from others that it doesn't hold a charge, and it certainly doesn't. Also, it suddenly starts skipping tracks, playing a few seconds of music and then skipping to the next...

ordered 2 as gifts for xmas neither takes a charge circuitcity is giving me a hard time about an exchange dont buy or youll be f/n sorry too

Bought for a Christmas present. Had to be returned. Still waiting on refund. Device would not turn on unless it was plugged in. Was told this is a known issue.
