Purchased for three year old Granddaughter who loves music. It is simple enough for her to use (once music is downloaded). She can listen to all her favorites, without ear phones, which was what I was looking for. It is great for travel.

I got this for my 11 year-old grandson and he opened it up and immediately started using it. Had no trouble with downloading songs but not quite sure about the videos. Still working on that. Wish it had more instructions.
