This came with only the most basic of instructions, which didn't include troubleshooting. I was unable to record more than 84GB, after which my computer no longer recognized the device. And I couldn't get it to charge.

I had a disappointing experience with purchasing this device. After I charged the MP3 player for a few hours and was ready to use it, the device would not turn on for more than a few minutes. It would shut down immediately after I turned it back on. ...

Same as the previous reviewer - I charged it fully, used it for a day, it died fully and will not take a charge again. It seems poorly designed in that it needs to be ON to CHARGE... so if yours dies completly it will not charge and becomes a poor...

I used it for less than a day and it broke after I was done charging it.
