Despite what other reviews state about the mouse pad, I have never had any problems out of it. For those who's PC runs slowly, uninstall all of the programs that were factory installed that you won't/don't use. Less crud = faster PC
Web site is wonky! Have not had to use customer service yet (knock, knock) but if it's like the web site then, oh no! No internal CD/DVD Burner, but you would expect that from a PC this small. The one I bought weighs 1/2 lb. so no biggie
