I absolutely Love this thing

I love the fact that it is a mac and it was fairly cheap. Picked mine up at Bestbuy for $996. Very fast. Wish it had more hard drive to come with it.(I had to install one myself). Overall though i LOVE IT and MAC OS X LEOPARD is the best.

Small, somewhat fast, reliable, and a reasonable value

Its plastic, gets dirty, crack and scratches fairly easy, and cheap feeling

got it for college works great especially the wifi

I needed a laptop for college and was considering a windows but as soon as I started researching macbooks. I saw its functionality. My sister has a mac so she was the one who convinced me and I'm so glad because I am in love with it. Very easy to use...

Very light, wifi works great, sufficient memory for college and no viruses

IT NEEDS TO BE RECHARGED OFTEN, gets dirty real easily since its white

GO FOR THE MAC!!!!!!!

amazing, will not be dissapointed! Macs are built to last, Pc's are build to last for about 6 months than break so you can buy a new one! So what the cost is more, ask any mac user, its overly worth it!

Macs are amazing, comes with all the software for amazing web design, disc burning and encoding!Mac= amazing! Pc= Extreme peace of crap

Running adobe creative suite, Microsoft office, and Final Cut Studio, probably need a bigger harddriver (final cut=55gig)

As a new mac user I would highly recommend this macbook

Apple never really appealed to me over the years. I am 22 and since I can remember I have been using a PC with Windows software. By no means will I be "that guy" and say that OS X is superior to Windows however, I will say that since I switched to...

Core 2 Duo @ 2.4GHz and 2GB RAM makes for great multitasking with only minor slow downs when using programs like logic, or final cut. OS 10.5 Leopard is a very stable OS, however Windows Vista & XP both run smooth with boot camp and vm ware

Runs slightly warmer than some other notebooks in its class. White glossy plastic tends to show scuffs and scratches. Also my macbooks plastic bottom was slightly warped from the day I purchased it

Buy far the best computer I've owned

Bottom line it's a great computer for anyone. whether your in high school or a traveling professional, it's perfect. Excellent OS, fast processor, graphic are pretty good except for higher end games. Great for travel, put your music, movies, games,...

Size, performance, easy of use, light weight for travel, superdrive (cd/dvd writer, rewriter, dvd player)

Graphics are lacking a bit, little pricey but worth it

This is the the best laptop on the market today!

I have used Microsoft products my entire life: starting with Windows 95, Windows 98, then eventually Windows xp. Once I looked into laptops I decided that I would stick with Microsoft so I purchased an HP Windows Vista. It was 'OK' for a while but...

Lightweight, great display, easy to use... the list can go on

I really can't think of one

A truly amazing notebook

I have owned 5 notebooks in the past 5 years. Started off with a gateway solo; terrible. Then moved to the Gateway M305; ok performance but overheated alot. Then came the Toshiba satellite; performance was alittle better but just didn't do it for me....

Great battery life, fast performance, fast booting/shutdown, Mac OS 10.5

No SD card reader, only 2 USB ports

A wise decision

I've recently switched over to Macs with the purchase of an iMac 24" back in February 2008. This was a great addition to the iMac and replacement for a previous laptop (Dell 700m). It's beautiful and does everything I need it to do with outstanding speed!

Fast computer, wi-fi & bluetooth built in, great design

minor scratches/scuffs within 2 days

It's a great laptop, but I Don't see the big fuss wish OS TEN

This is a very powerful and fast laptop. I can not stress enough how fast this thing is. I have a solid 2 gigs of ram, 2.4 Ghz Core 2 Duo processor (Note: I haven't see on any other brands of laptops), a bright screen, and a decent DVD drive. What I'm...

Very fast laptop for a very resonable price. The screen is very bright and crisp

The keys are somewhat strange, not in the good way, to type with. The edges of the macbook are razor sharp
