Summary: Just stay away, these arent refurbished, and IMO cant even be classified as used. They are abused, and then covered in black tape to hide the defects and scratches. Working on getting a refund from Newegg right now. Thankfully newegg is great...

Mixed feelings

 

Overall, I'm happy with the laptop and would still buy it at the sale price. I think at full price, there are similar options that are maybe a better choice. I'm not allowed to criticize Newegg service here so that's all I have to say about that.
