Everything I need

Was worried about recertified about came in like-new condition. For me, a college student, I am very glad I went with the LT2016U.

Simple, yet elegant interface ; Perfect (for me) keyboard size ; Coming with XP, this netbook will be faster than W7 Starter ; Lightweight ; Long battery life

Although an excellent product, just a couple slight dislikes. The mouse pad, could be horizontally a little bigger...and the 3G & WiFi slider button is a little wacky

I requested an RA# today with hope that the replacement doesn't have the same issues.

Styling and weight of unit was very appealing

Unit would never finish booting. The operating software kept freezing half way through boot up

HDD and memory easily upgradeable. With 2 GB installed, will play 480p H264 videos with relative ease, though it does heat up quite a bit (the built-in cooler fan works much more efficiently if you put the netbook on a hard flat surface instead of...

I have Win 7 Pro installed, but Win 7 graphical gew-gaws need to be turned off, or it slows down immensely; XP should run more efficiently on it. 1 GB won't play video files reliably. Small touchpad and keyboard. Capslock key is too big--should...
