Bought one for a director - solid unit, great weight-to-performance ration. Trackpad and stick means either way she's happy. Charges quickly. Holds battery for a long time. Dock is slick like every Thinkpad dock.

the i7 version is a great tough reliable Laptop. Sticking to the T series standards. We have had the T family as our preferred laptop in the company for 6 years. Comes with backlit keyboard which is a nice.

Thinkpad is Thinkpad. I've had about 4 generations now, and they've all been great quality, solid performers, and worth the price (thanks to their long life and lack of repair needs).

Tanks with LCD screens. OK, not THAT rugged, but they feel that way. A little on the dim side screen-wise, but the performance of every other component as been spot on.

We have a few T430s and they all run great. I'm very happy with the system performance. I recommend this system for road warriors because of it size and functionality.

I had a hard time letting go of my trusty Dell Latitude D630, but this laptop is doing the trick. It's very fast, the touchpad is responsive, the keyboard is very nice, and of course it's built like a truck.

We have a few floating around still. TWO issues since purchase. Both user induced and both dealt with VERY quickly and painlessly by Lenovo.

Great machine, wicked fast and fun to work with. The only problem I've had is with the internal mic. I had to call technical support to have it replaced since it sounded muffled and distorted. Otherwise, awesome laptop!

What a beast this machine has been. 3 years of heavy road use and not a single hardware issue. A little bloated with the Lenovo pre-loaded software, but that is pretty normal for all computers these days. Nothing beats the T series for durability.
