Extremely Slow

 

I've bought about 8 new computers for personal use over last 13 years and use computers daily for work for more than 15 years. I have never used a computer this slow.

Can't find any

Too slow. Takes minutes to boot up, shut down, or even open a program. Something is not correct. Perhaps a combination of too much software pre-installed and an inadequate amount of memory. Need to do a lot of troubleshooting or memory upgrade or...
