Be sure to upgrade the firmware found on the Linksys website. It allows you to use 4 lines instead of 2 for free.

I liked these phones so much I purchased 3 of them and I am about to order 2 more. They work great with a PBX (asterisk) or directly to your SIP provider

I had one with a broken speaker phone but Cisco promptly replaced it for free. Upgrading the firmware requires the phone to be directly connected to a TFTP server. It doesn't work through a switch for some odd reason
