Does what I got it for
Keeps my computer on during the many power outtages. Sometimes the power will go out for just a few minutes, and the computer/router stay on without needing to reboot.
It beeps whenever the power is out or when more power is being used by components than is being taken in from the wall. I wish I could turn off this beeping. I know the friggin power is out, the lights are off!

Very easy to use.
Has saved me tons of money. I lost a very nice video card due to a power surge. With this awesome thing I can sit through a lightening storm without my computer ever being affected. Just last night power went out three times and computer remained on!!

Basic, reliable operation. The best UPS's are the ones you don't have to worry about, right?
No way to connect UPS to computer to communicate an automatic shutdown, but I knew that when I bought it. Nothing on these devices is mission critical where that's a requirement, so the price savings was worth it.
