My only real complaint with this camera is probably one that can be be said about alot of the digital camera's on the market to today -- they have a "very" poorly designed battery door.
Ease of use, good picture quality in the light, nice fit -- not too ligth.

This is a great camera, especially for 2.
Uses the Digita operating system- very customizable. If you have a specific use, you can easily write a 'script' for the 618. Many scripts available on HP website. Excellent pictures,good ergonomics.
Battery life- I'd buy an external power source, or have another set of NiMH rechargable batteries handy (Energizer type).
