This one looked like a great idea but then the "Laws of cheap" kicked in. Cheap plastic grips that hold the unit into place within the lighter hole snapped in a day, then the cheap plastic gears on the two arms locked and then stripped. The goose-neck is...

This product does what it claims. The range of motion isn't what I would have liked but overall it works well. I would recommend it. It's better than putting my ipod in the ashtray, which is what I did before I bought this.

It almost works really well...the weight of the phone is a little too much for my car's cigarette lighter. It would work better if my lighter was a little deeper. I have to balance it just so for it to stay in place.
