Almost Perfect
Dig this phone. Have had many cordless phones including quite a few Sony and Uniden phones. The reception on the 9600 is excellent as is the range. Pretty intuitive to use and has the very handy headset option. It needn't be a Uniden headset either...

No call monitor function, keypad not lit (although display is)
EXS9600 is a Good Phone.
Up until recently I had owned the same cordless phone for almost 4 years. I wanted to get another phone but until I actually broke the antenna off on my old one I never seriously considered it.
