Take the technological plunge and install this speedy file backup and transfer unit inside your PC. Performance is first rate, and it takes 250Mb disks.
A great performer: it beats any external zip drive, and it takes 250Mb disks.
Compared to a Rev drive or a CD Burner, these things are slow, but the price is right for small backup type stuff.
Works well out of the box. Gets the job done conveniently. USB-powered.
Slow, included backup software isn't very useful. (see Other Thoughts).
What can I say, it does what it is supposed to. I like the fact that IOMEGA eliminated the power cable and the device is now powered via USB.
