Wireless easy to use, nice hard plastic screen protection. Good handheld if you don't use the CF slot for any add on devices. Nice screen and good battery life compared to previous iPAQs.
Faulty CF Slots on numerous handhelds (over 25% failed in the first year). Not rugged enough for extended use. HP support was abysmal, and unwilling to accept that this is a manufacturing related problem.

Like having your computer in your hand. Can do almost anything you can on your computer. Bluetooth, WIFI, Ir, Photo, Video, email. like I said mini PC.
Need a Wifi connection to acces your emails abroad. Battery life is not fantastic but neither is the IPhone(buy an extra charger). Buggy but firmware fixes most.
