These niggles aside, the Tungsten is bullet proof. Its 32Mbytes of memory isn't particularly large but it is non-volatile, so even if the battery dies, you won't lose your documents, contacts or any e-mails you've drafted.
Palm's Tungsten E2 is a solid business PDA, but some users will find its lack of WiFi and somewhat sluggish performance frustrating.
