It does what it is supposed to do as long as it is receiving a signal. It seems to have difficulties obtaining signals at times.

The GTM 12 is an FM TMC (Traffic Message Channel) traffic receiver and antenna. It receives digital information (where available) on traffic and road construction tie-ups and sends it to your compatible Garmin device to offer an alternate route.
