I purchased my Philips from Ecost on line, The Worst company ever !!! The second screen did not even come with the dual screen plug, the main unit was fine. but useless without the plug. I returned mine for an RCA model much , much better !

This product works very well, and keeps my toddler quiet and content when we travel. It's been a lifesaver!
