I have owned two of these. They are not particularly long lived. The sound is great and station selectivity is pretty good. Little fade or distortion even at high volume. Battery life is great. Over time switches break or become noisy. I have torn mine...

Poor Quality
My first unit stopped working after the warrentee ran out. I bought a second and had to send it back for repair, it too stopped working after the warrentee ran out. Never again.
