Xerox WorkCentre 3550 - multifunction ( fax / copier / printer / scanner )

This machine is rated at 50,000 per month? Needs continual oversight. Everything is smaller: the Toner waste container needs replacing every 3 weeks - we run 15,000 - 16,000 per month. Toners last about 6 weeks. The paper punch receptacle is a joke,...

Xerox WorkCentre 3550 - multifunction ( fax / copier / printer / scanner )

Saved Settings don't work. A Xerox tech stepped through the settings w/ me and confirmed the issue. He asked an engineer who also confirmed it and also said, unfortunately, it was not designed to save that setting. Even the tech found that odd. He...

Xerox WorkCentre 3550 - multifunction ( fax / copier / printer / scanner )

We recently purchased two of these little babies and I have been nothing but impressed. It is a workhorse that has performed well. Not to mention the fact that the Scansoft software that came with it has been a boon for our HR department for putting...

Xerox WorkCentre 3550 - multifunction ( fax / copier / printer / scanner )

We purchased 30 of these printers for our office. After 6 months of usage, the only problem we've had is the ADF scanner which tends to jam if the paper has any sort of a curl to it. And of course printing with the printer itself makes enough of a curl...

Xerox WorkCentre 3550 - multifunction ( fax / copier / printer / scanner )

I can recommend only for very small groups or with a very small amount of printed pages. In our country the cost per page is about 4 cpp, while other printers HP avoids us just 1.8 cents per page

Xerox 3550 delivers quite well

We purchased this device to replace an older HP MFP. It was a little difficult to get setup out of the box (Firmware had to upgraded to enable some functionality), but overall it has been a reliable machine sinces its implementation.

We have 2 of these machines aswell, both which are used by 6-7 users. After turning on the SNMP function to implement in SW, these printers are giving very long ping times, delays, and are even going offline. After disabling SNMP the printers are...

Xerox WorkCentre 3550 - multifunction ( fax / copier / printer / scanner )

Not a fan of his product, perhaps we just received a budget one, but nothing worked for us, flimsy and awkward, terrible support offered for Xerox this time around as well.. Generally great but this time not so

A fanstastic multi purpose machine for a small business

This equipment is a work horse - we are a staffing company and this WorkCenter 3550 receives over 180 timesheets weekly across the State and disseminates several faxes without interuption or jamming..It has the state of the art scanning capability to...
