Was not compatible with phone system in my home, so I had to return it. It should have been described better in Amazon literature...

This item is easy to see when someone calls.The characters can be seen with ease.

Bought two of these caller IDs and am very pleased. They store a large number of previous callers numbers and the display is large. It uses 3 AA batteries and they last about six months. Would buy this Caller ID agian.

I have had other caller IDs in the past but I like this one the best. I especially like the fact that it has a power supply and you don't have to keep replacing batteries.
