This is a great machine, but paper feed probelm

 

It prints a lot better than the HP f380 ; Uses less ink

As a lot of people with the DCP series printer have experienced Paper feed problem. This printer jam a sheet of paper, attempts to eject it, and damaged itself. Every time I command it to print, it will make all the strange sounds and say paper jam

STOPS PRINTING BLACK if any one of color tanks is empty

 

Printer is bulky, huge. since it is just a piece of junk as a printer, consider if you really want that fat scanner sitting on your desk.

I have almost a full black ink tank but cannot print mono since it requires you have color ink tanks even though you are not printing color

Great Little Printer

 

I have had this printer for almost 12 months I would estimate that I have printed over 100 documents mainly in colour and the ink is still going. it is about to run out but I think it's pretty good over all. I did have a HP all in one and 2 months...

Not worth buying

 

Do not buy this printer. I used it to print b/w documents but color ink ran out quickly (about 30 pages). One ink cartridge cost US$22+. Used for only 2 months.
